Competition Period

• The LIFT Golden Ticket Hunt 2026 ("the Competition") will run from 1 April 2026 until 30 April 2026.
• The Competition consists of weekly physical ticket hunts in selected South African cities and weekly digital lucky draws.
• Participation outside the official campaign period will not be considered.

Eligibility

• The Competition is open to legal residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of Global Aviation Operations (Pty) Ltd‚ LIFT‚ their immediate families‚ agencies‚ or any third-party directly associated with the administration of the Competition are not eligible to participate.
• Participants must comply with all competition instructions as communicated through LIFT's official channels.

Competition Structure

The Competition consists of two components:

Physical Golden Ticket Hunt

• Each week during April‚ LIFT will hide three (3) Golden Tickets in a selected South African city.
• Clues to the location of each Golden Ticket will be released exclusively on LIFT's TikTok account.
• Participants must watch the clue video‚ identify the location‚ and locate the physical Golden Ticket.
• The first person to physically find and claim the Golden Ticket will be declared the winner of that ticket.
• Tickets will be hidden only in public‚ accessible locations. Participants may not enter restricted or private property.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel‚ transport‚ and safety when attempting to locate a ticket.

Digital Golden Ticket Draw

• Every Friday at 09:00 during April (starting 10 April)‚ registered participants will receive an email inviting them to take part in the Digital Golden Ticket Hunt.
• ⁠Participants must locate a hidden “Golden Egg” on the LIFT website.
• The Golden Egg will link to a Rafflepress entry page‚ where participants can enter the lucky draw.
• One winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries each week.

Prize Details

• Each Golden Ticket prize consists of two (2) return LIFT flight tickets.
• Each prize has an approximate value of R10‚000.
• A total of 15 prizes will be awarded during the campaign: 12 physical Golden Ticket prizes and 3 digital Golden Ticket prizes.
• Flight tickets are subject to LIFT fare rules and seat availability.
• Tickets must be used within 12 months of issue and are non-transferable‚ non-refundable‚ and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Taxes‚ surcharges‚ baggage fees‚ and any additional travel costs not included in the base fare remain the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Confirmation

• Physical Golden Ticket winners must present the original Golden Ticket to claim their prize.
• Digital draw winners will be contacted via the email address used during entry.
• If a digital winner does not respond within 48 hours‚ LIFT reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Safety & Conduct

• Participants must not damage property‚ trespass‚ or engage in unsafe behaviour while searching for Golden Tickets.
• LIFT reserves the right to disqualify participants who behave irresponsibly or fail to follow instructions.

General Terms

• LIFT reserves the right to modify‚ suspend‚ or cancel the Competition if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
• LIFT may change the location of tickets or adjust the timing of clue releases if necessary.
• LIFT's decision regarding all aspects of the Competition is final and binding.
• By participating‚ winners agree that LIFT may use their name‚ likeness‚ and participation in promotional content without additional compensation.
• Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Competition in accordance with LIFT's Privacy Policy.
