    These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the LIFT 12 Days of Christmas Campaign (hereinafter “Campaign”) organised by Global Aviation Operations (Pty) Ltd t/a LIFT (hereinafter “the Airline”). By participating in this Campaign‚ participants agree to comply with these Terms and accept all conditions outlined herein.

    All persons entering the LIFT 12 Days of Christmas Campaign ("the Campaign") ("the entrants") agree that the competition rules as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on them.

    Campaign Period

    The lead-up to the Campaign will begin on 1 November 2024‚ with the main Campaign running digitally for 12 consecutive days from 1 to 12 December 2024.

    Eligibility to Enter

    • The Campaign is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years and above.
    • The Campaign is not open to employees of LIFT‚ its affiliates‚ partners‚ or immediate family members of such employees.

    Entry Requirements

    To participate in the Campaign‚ users must sign up for the campaign with their email address via the link provided in the campaign communication‚ provide valid and full personal details as required‚ and engage with specified digital activities as announced by LIFT through official digital channels. These activities may include‚ but are not limited to‚ interacting with campaign posts‚ completing designated online actions‚ or submitting entries through campaign forms.

    No purchase of a LIFT ticket is necessary to participate.

    Prize Allocation and Selection

    • Daily prizes will be awarded to randomly selected participants who meet the entry requirements for that day's specific activity.
    • The prizes are provided by LIFT's partners and may vary‚ including but not limited to gift cards‚ travel vouchers‚ merchandise‚ or other items.
    • Winners of the daily prizes will be chosen through an automated‚ randomised selection process using the Rafflepress platform. No individual associated with LIFT‚ including employees‚ has any influence‚ control‚ or involvement in the outcome of the draw‚ ensuring a fair and impartial selection process for all entrants. This automated process is designed to provide transparency and fairness‚ guaranteeing an unbiased result.

    Notification and Prize Claim

    • Winners will be contacted via email or mobile number as provided during the entry process.
    • The email or mobile number provided must be valid. If winners are not able to be contacted within 48 hours‚ they will forfeit their prize and a backup winner will be selected.
    • Winners of the daily grand prizes will be notified within 5 working days of them winning the prize.
    • To claim their prize‚ winners must respond within 48 hours of receiving the notification and may be required to provide identification and other relevant information.
    • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours or fails to provide the required information‚ the prize will be forfeited‚ and an alternative winner may be selected at LIFT's discretion.

    Prize Conditions and Expiry

    • Prizes are not transferable‚ exchangeable for cash‚ or redeemable for any other items.
    • All prize-related terms and conditions set by the partners are binding.
    • Any failure to comply with partner-specific redemption requirements will result in prize forfeiture‚ without any alternative compensation.

    Publicity and Personal Information

    By participating in this Campaign‚ participants agree that LIFT may use their name and likeness for promotional purposes in connection with the Campaign‚ without further compensation.

    Personal information collected from participants will be processed in accordance with the Airline's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. This information will not be shared with third parties other than those involved in the administration of the Campaign.

    General Conditions

    • LIFT reserves the right to amend‚ suspend‚ or cancel the Campaign or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
    • In the event of such termination‚ all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the Campaign and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against LIFT or its partners.
    • Participation in the Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and any additional terms applicable to specific prizes or entry requirements.

    Liability

    All entrants to this Campaign participate entirely at their own risk. By reading and accepting these terms and conditions‚ the entrant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless LIFT‚ its partners‚ and their respective employees or agents who will not be held liable for any direct‚ indirect‚ or consequential damages‚ losses‚ or costs arising from participation in the Campaign or use of any prizes awarded.

    The Airline will not be responsible for any technical issues‚ data corruption‚ unauthorised intervention‚ or any other circumstance beyond its control that may affect the integrity of the Campaign.
