Since we launched SA’s most flexible airline‚ “flexibility” has become a bit of a buzzword.⁣

Here’s what real flexibility means when you fly LIFT:⁣

  • Complete peace of mind‚ knowing that you can change or cancel your booking‚ online.
  • Change your flights‚ upgrade to Premium or add extra bags up to ONE hour before flight departure (see table below)
  • Get instant refunds into your LIFT Wallet for the full value of your booking when you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before departure.
  • Changes and cancellations made 24 hours before departure won't incur a change or cancellation fee.  Premium travellers simply need to change or cancel within one hour before departure.⁣
